Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Contact us to cancel before shipment.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return & refund within 3 working days from the date you receive your order.

The item must meet the same condition requirements (new, unused, and full packaging).
Exchange Requests:
- You may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or have any fragrance applied (e.g., perfume, deodorant, etc.).
Non-Eligible Items:
- Worn, washed, scented, or damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased during promotions or sales may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
