Refund & cancellation
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Contact us to cancel before shipment.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Returns & Refunds
- No return / refund is allowed for headwear or scarves once the order is received.

You can check the item with the delivery courier before receiving it in case it has any issues and you don't want to receive it.
Exchange Requests:
- You may request an exchange within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or have any fragrance applied (e.g., perfume, deodorant, etc.).
Non-Eligible Items:
- Worn, washed, scented, or damaged items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased during promotions or sales may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
